At William And Sons we specialize in custom residential new construction. We build custom homes for you, or builder design homes for sale during or after completion of the home.

 

We handle all phases of building your home. We can build your house for you from start to finish or help you build it yourself or anywhere in between. We will help you budget, design, plan, and build your custom home.

 

We also have great resources for your borrowing needs, real estate agent needs, design needs, decorating needs and more.

 

Our primary goal is to build your dream home with you, and have you move in happy, and most importantly with equity in your new home the first night you sleep in it. contrary to what many people believe, building your own home is most times more cost effective than buying something already done, and with building your own home it is your masterpiece and brand new.

 

We work strictly on a cost plus basis. Unlike many builders we do not give you a bid to build your house with all sorts of restrictions and limitations. We bill you based on the work we do for you, and the actual cost from our sub contractors. You can take part in viewing all bids from our subs and choosing the right one for the job. This helps you avoid paying a builder a lot of extra money for something he does not end up doing but had figured in his bid to cover his cost and profit needs or desires.
